Using Our Website and Mobile App

The YESTERcades website and mobile app are provided for personal and lawful use. They may be used to view locations, hours, pricing, events, promotions, Arcade Passport information, and other YESTERcades content.

You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of our website, app, accounts, servers, or connected systems. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, copy restricted data, impersonate another person, or use automated tools to misuse our services.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect our customers, employees, locations, technology, or rewards programs.

Arcade Passport

The Arcade Passport is a promotional rewards program provided for individual use. Your phone number may be used as your Passport identifier so that progress and rewards can be recorded and restored.

Passport stamps must be earned through valid participation at eligible YESTERcades locations. Stamps, progress, and rewards may not be purchased, sold, transferred, duplicated, shared, or obtained through manipulation of the app or location verification system.

Attempts to create duplicate Passport records, falsify location information, automate participation, manipulate progress, or otherwise abuse the program may result in stamps or rewards being removed. Access to the Passport program may also be suspended or ended.

Rewards and Promotions

Arcade Passport rewards, contests, offers, discounts, and promotions have no cash value unless we clearly state otherwise.

Rewards are subject to any eligibility requirements, expiration dates, redemption instructions, location restrictions, and other conditions presented with the offer.

Rewards may not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted. Lost, deleted, expired, transferred, or improperly obtained rewards may not be replaced.

We may correct errors, investigate suspected misuse, or change or end a promotion when reasonably necessary. Any change will not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Admission, Passes, and Location Rules

Admission, hourly passes, daily passes, gift certificates, events, and other purchases are subject to the prices, taxes, restrictions, and terms displayed when the purchase is made.

Arcade games, consoles, attractions, and other equipment are subject to availability. Individual machines may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, repair, private events, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Guests must follow posted rules and reasonable instructions from YESTERcades employees. Unsafe, disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct may result in removal from the premises without limiting any rights available under applicable law.

Children must be supervised as required by the rules of the location they are visiting.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are subject to the terms presented when they are purchased. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. Delivery estimates are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed.

Please contact us promptly if you believe a gift certificate has been lost, stolen, damaged, or used without permission. Replacement is not guaranteed and may require proof of purchase.

Hours, Pricing, and Event Information

We work to keep our hours, prices, event details, game listings, and location information accurate. Information may occasionally change because of holidays, maintenance, private events, weather, technical issues, or other operational needs.

Please confirm time sensitive information with the applicable YESTERcades location before traveling or making plans.

Notifications and Device Features

The mobile app may request permission to send notifications or use device features such as location services. These permissions are optional and may be managed through your device settings.

Some app features may not function as intended when required permissions are disabled. For example, location access may be needed to verify eligibility for an Arcade Passport stamp.

Our website and app may contain links to maps, social media platforms, payment providers, notification providers, app stores, or other services operated by third parties.

Third party services have their own terms and privacy practices. YESTERcades does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or business practices.

The YESTERcades name, logos, branding, website design, app design, graphics, written content, photographs, videos, promotions, and original materials are owned by or licensed to YESTERcades and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use our content for personal purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, sell, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Game titles, characters, artwork, trademarks, and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Service Availability
